Eurozone falls back into recession
Figures from Eurostat (the EU’s statistics office) show the Eurozone has fallen into recession.
The 17-nation bloc which makes up the Eurozone has now entered its second recession since 2009.
The news comes a day after millions of workers in Europe held a day of action against austerity measures.
Protests in Spain, Italy and Portugal were marred by violence.
