UK inflation rate falls to 1.3% in December 2019
The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) measure of inflation fell to 1.3% in December 2019, according to the Office for National Statistics.
The broader Retail Prices Index (RPI) remained unchanged at 2.2% in the same period.
