UK inflation rate rises to 2.9% in June 2013
The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) measure of inflation rose to 2.9% in June, according to the Office for National Statistics.
The Retail Prices Index (RPI) rose to 3.3% in June from 3.1% in May.
